Warehouse Supervisor (Afternoon)
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations while maintaining strict controls over process and procedure - Oversee all staffing issues-attendance, vacation, daily assignment, etc
- Work with other supervisor/salary staff to improve operations
- Develop strong working relationship with UAW counterparts
- Promote a safe working environment for all maintains a zero incident mindset
- Proactively address all safety concerns in an expedient manner
- Work with salary and hourly teams to improve safety culture and adherence to safety guidelines
- Perform basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents
- Maintain Quality Procedures to ensure the facility is functioning at highest levels
- Develop and implement projects to improve quality and efficiency of operations

- Effective decision making
- Ability to manage multiple systems daily
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees.
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years warehouse environment/operations
Experience Preferred:
Supervised in an union environment
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred

-Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook)
