Dearborn, MI – April 3, 2017 − G-TECH Services, Inc. a leading women-owned, certified staffing, recruitment and placement firm, has hired Debbie Blair as its new director of recruiting and operations.

Blair will be responsible for managing the development and execution of strategic talent acquisition tactics, and leading the recruiting functions and approaches for the company. She will also mentor entry-level staff, assess current programs and create new recruitment initiatives and programs.
Before joining G-TECH, Blair was the director of recruiting operations at OpTech. She brings 20 years of experience in the staffing industry including strategy development, management, sales and operations. She has a knack for mentoring and has been successful in managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, on-boarding and coaching.
