Position Description:
Position Duties: -Work with OEMs for equipment documentation and set up plant storage for documentation to interface with Maximo and EzMaxMobile. -Work with plant maintenance teams to properly set up Maximo with new assets -Work with OEMs., plant maintenance to identify and properly upload PMs, visual job plans, etc. -Create and maintain launch MOS status documentation and scorecard for program. Work with plant, OEMs and PTME to meet MOS timing and deliverables -Oversee spare part scrub meetings, verify 1295s, attachment to assets, critical spares, etc. -Develop “Launch MOS Readiness Assessment” by line, station, etc. -Daily supervsion and coordination of all hourly employees -Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity -Work with plant trades to assure all tasks are properly documented (VJPs) -Lead role in resolving machining related concerns, increase machine availability and MTTR -Identify throughput constraints and drive root cause improvements

Experience Required:
• Education: High School Diploma • Experience: 5+ yrs of related experience • Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
Experience Preferred:
Effective oral and written communication skills -Maintenance planning and execution in manufacturing environment -Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience -8D and 5Why corrective action and problem solving skills -Lean Tools: 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, and Value Stream Mapping -DMAIC and DMADV (DFSS) Project Methodology experience -Kaizen Methods -FMEA, PPAP, and DOEs experience -Visual Factory Management -Ergonomic analysis knowledge and experience
Education Required:
High School Diploma / GED
