Description
Administrative support roles positioned directly within turnaround execution teams. These are not management roles but integral support positions during 24/7 turnaround operations.

Responsibilities

– Managing basic administrative and office support tasks.
– Stocking supplies (coffee, printer paper, etc.).
– Handling email communications and general correspondence.
– Assisting with spreadsheet entries, printing, distributing documents.
– Supporting TA operations during intense schedules (days & nights).

Requirements
High initiative, strong drive.
Comfortable in a high energy, chaotic turnaround environment.
Solid communication and basic computer skills.
TWIC required.
