Description
Manages Maintenance Repair and Operating (MRO) Supplies inventory. Requires full proficiency in a range of technical, operational, or analytical/scientific processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable on the job experience to perform a variety of work assignments. Acts as an informal resource for team members with less experience.
Responsibilities / Duties
• Analyzes and manages MRO inventory levels
• Maintains MRO inventory records
• Executes inventory recommendation process and replenishments
• Monitors supplier performance regarding timelines and completeness of deliveries
• Applies Global MRO inventory work processes
• Participates in standardization of MRO materials
• Handles reservations and backorders for MRO inventory items
• Partners with Reliability and Maintenance teams for MRO improvement projects and executing stocking strategy changes
Requirements
1. SAP Experience
2. Inventory management/ordering experience
3. Microsoft Excel experience
