Position Description:
The position interacts with many groups. The main reasonability of this job is to ensure the flow of vehicles from retrieved by auctions, to setting for sale and being sold and reported accurately and timely.

Experience Required:
Self-starter with strong analytical skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Resourcefulness, ability to solve issues and create long term solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook. Managing day-to-day business using web-based applications
Experience Preferred:
Usage of a business intelligence / analytics tool like Business Objects or WebFOCUS. Understanding of how information technology is used to support business processes. Ability to identify manual processes that can be automated.
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Additional Information :
Resolve problems/issues that delay timely disposal of vehicles at auction. Manage daily vehicle retrievals and retrieval rate table. Ensure vehicle holds are not being offered for sale and hold releases are communicated. Resolve auction transmission issues. Ensure all vehicles are being offered correctly, the right customer and category code. Maintain sales calendar. Ensure all sales are reported daily. Hybrid (Expected to work 4 day a week in the office, and 1 day offsite)
