The Associate Maintenance Technician is a versatile, hands-on role supporting multiple functions across the Greensburg site. The successful candidate will split time between groundskeeping, warehouse, logistics, and general facility support. Work priorities may vary based on seasonal and operational needs, with the role shifting more heavily toward warehouse and logistics activities during the winter months.
The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, safety-focused, and willing to learn new tasks and support different site functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain site grounds, including grass, foliage, landscaping, mowing, weed eating, edging, and general outdoor upkeep.

  • Operate and perform basic care of groundskeeping equipment.

  • Complete routine site cleaning and general facility support activities.

  • Perform preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs within established knowledge and skill level.

  • Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory, material handling, and unloading pallets and deliveries.

  • Provide logistics support and serve as backup to logistics personnel as needed.

  • Assist with material preparation, blending, and other site activities as assigned.

  • Operate a forklift when required and follow all applicable safety procedures. Forklift experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided.

  • Communicate promptly regarding issues that may affect the ability to complete assigned duties.

  • Support changing site priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Physical & Work Environment

  • Wear required PPE, including safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear.

  • Use a respirator when required.

  • Climb stairs and ladders as needed.

  • Stand and/or walk for extended periods.

  • Work in indoor and outdoor environments and in areas where hazardous materials may be present.

  • Perform hands-on work across multiple site functions.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Current, valid U.S. driver's license.

  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship or support, including sponsorship for U.S. permanent residency.

  • Ability to follow established procedures and work independently when required.

  • Willingness to learn new tasks and support groundskeeping, warehouse, logistics, and general facility activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, warehouse, logistics, or a related field.

  • Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

  • Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Teams, and electronic time entry.

  • Strong communication, reliability, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
