Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as a key liaison between customers and internal business partners. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing order fulfillment, resolving issues, and supporting business objectives through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage order entry and fulfillment processes for priority and foundational customers with complex requirements.
• Develop a strong understanding of products, applications, services, and business offerings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and gathering market insights.
• Coordinate activities across assigned customer accounts and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain service levels in alignment with business priorities.
• Evaluate customer requirements and identify cost-effective solutions aligned with company capabilities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, and other functional teams.
• Support commercial strategies and customer initiatives across multiple business areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
