Position Responsibilities:
• Lead trade groups including Millwrights, Tinsmiths, Welders, Mechanics, Pipefitters, Carpenters &/or Electricians.
• Support operations, infrastructure, and manufacturing production in both maintenance & construction projects.
• Responsible for paying the UAW trades, managing budgets, enforcing safety, overseeing workload & timing.
• Aiding in supporting the contractual obligations with UAW.
Position Qualification and Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in teams.
