We are looking for an inquisitive, collaborative individual with strong stakeholder engagement skills who can navigate both the technical rigors of IT and the strategic needs of the business team.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements & Liaison: Support the business team throughout the project lifecycle and act as the primary liaison between business units and IT to ensure project alignment.
Data Architecture: Collaborate with the data integration team to define, ingest, and transform data from multiple source systems and cloud-based data platforms.
Development & Optimization: In-source and manipulate metadata in Power Query to ensure optimal Power BI report performance and dashboard usability.
Quality Assurance: Facilitate user testing and validation sessions, and ensuring analytics solutions are production-ready.
Analysis & Documentation: Perform ad-hoc reporting and meticulously document projects and new learnings to foster cross-team collaboration.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Power BI & Power Query: 1+ year of professional experience.
Data Querying: 1+ year of experience querying Azure, SQL Server, Teradata, or Hadoop.
Project Lifecycle: 1+ year of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Microsoft Office: 3+ years of expert-level use of Excel and PowerPoint.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of digital media analytics (1st & 3rd party cookies, pixels, SEO, social media) and advertising attribution models.

Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Proficiency: Ability to demonstrate strong BI development and SQL for complex data pulls.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Automotive sector or a comparable high-volume industry.
Soft Skills: Must be a strategic and critical thinker with elite presentation, people, and documentation skills.
Adaptability: Proven ability to deliver results and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
