Experience Required:
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with production management software (e.g., SAP, MES). Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
Standardized Work: Experience ensuring that all processes are followed exactly as documented to maintain quality and safety. Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. This includes concepts like Continuous Improvement (Kaizen), 5S, and Just-in-Time production
Education Required:
High School Diploma / GED
