Project Management Analyst
• Be a liaison between Ford management, IT and plant staff.
• Populate, regularly update, and manage the program tracking documents.
• Provide weekly assessments to management on the status of the projects.
• Identify non-conforming events and develop recovery plans and/or corrective actions.
• Team leadership and collaboration: Direct cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timing plans
• Able to help resolve any problems or issues that may arise.
• Works with minimal supervision and able to function effectively in a matrix organization.
Skills Required:
• MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel)
• Will be evaluated on their demonstrated proficiency in the following attributes: Interpersonal Skills, Self-Motivation, Diplomacy Maturity, Integrity
