Role Responsibilities:
Develop job plans from scopes using prior field knowledge.
Define sequence of events, required materials, crafts, and durations.
Collaborate with:
• Operations Turnaround Coordinator (O-Tech)
• Lead Planner (strategy and quality)
• Cost Controller (accurate cost estimates)
• Scheduler (integration into master schedule)
Interview Process
Onsite Panel interviews.
Work Schedule
Normal: 40 hours/week (flexible start times, typically 6:00-4:30 or 5:00-3:30).
Turnaround Execution:
• Significant overtime (e.g., 13 consecutive days, 12-hour shifts, 5:30 AM-5:30 PM).
• Day shift primarily for add-on planners.
Occasional travel possible, but rare.
Candidate Profile
• Prior field experience (mechanical/piping work)
• Planning experience
• Computer skills (Excel, SAP, Primavera P6)
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication
• Ability to collaborate across multiple roles
• High emotional intelligence
Education: High school diploma required.
