Description
These roles support various turnaround (TA) activities across multiple crafts. They coordinate field work during high‑pace shutdown events involving major repairs, inspections, and equipment rebuilds.
Responsibilities
Coordinating field work for rotating equipment, mechanical work, soft crafts (scaffolding, painting, insulation), instrumentation, and quality.
Working under a Lead Turnaround Coordinator or Turnaround Manager.
Managing assignments within designated zones or craft areas.
Requirements & Experience
Craft background strongly preferred:
Soft Crafts: scaffold builders, insulators, painters.
Mechanical: welders, pipefitters, boilermakers, exchanger/mechanical techs.
Instrumentation/Electrical: needed for electrical or I&E coordinator spots.
Demonstrated field experience in plant or refinery turnarounds.
Reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
TWIC card required for all candidates.
