Michigan Veterans Certified Employer Bronze BadgeDearborn, MI – April 19, 2017 – G-TECH Services, a leading women-owned, WBENC-certified recruitment and placement firm, was recently certified by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) as a bronze-level Veteran-Friendly Employer for the company’s veteran hiring and retention practices.

Since creating the certified Veteran-Friendly Employer program in 2014, MVAA has recognized organizations for their dedication to recruiting, hiring, training and retaining veteran talent. Participants have opportunities to network with like-minded companies, share best practices and take advantage of training to improve veteran outreach tactics.

By becoming a MVAA Certified Veteran-Friendly Employer, G-TECH will have access to a number of resources to attract untapped talent, connecting the company with those who have served in the U.S. armed forces. Veterans currently represent nearly 10% of G-TECH’s overall staff nationally.
