G-TECH has been recognized as a “Cool Place to Work in Michigan” by Crain’s Detroit Business! This award recognizes employers that go the extra mile to make employees feel appreciated — as judged by the employees themselves.
Crain’s Detroit Business gathered data on employers and surveyed employees to produce this ranking. The voluntary program was open to Michigan businesses, nonprofits and government entities that have at least 15 employees at a Michigan location. The process included employers providing detailed information on benefits and perks, and then employees answered questions about work environment and company leadership in a confidential, 80-question survey.
