G-TECH Chairman + CEO Kouhaila (Ki) Hammer talked about her business philosophy and accomplishments as an entrepreneur in a recent interview featured on the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council’s (WBENC) 2018 National Conference website.
“Throughout my career, I’ve always believed in the power of collaboration – it yields innovation, brings forth new ideas, and offers the opportunity to learn from others,” she says. “I never presume to know everything. I can always learn from the people around me and appreciate diversity in perspective, experience, and skills.”
She also discusses the benefits of the WBENC certification in providing access to new business opportunities and offers tips on how to best prepare for the WBENC National Conference.
G-TECH is a proud member of the Host Committee for next year’s WBENC National Conference, which takes place in our hometown of Detroit June 19-21, 2018. Each year, WBEs like G-TECH have the opportunity to be Host Committee members based on the location of the conference. The objective of the Host Committee is to represent WBENC as the conference’s official ambassadors, providing information about the event, its goal, mission, and content.
